Why do people say I don't eat enough or I don't eat right?
Each day I have:
Water unlimited, Green Tea (3 cups) Grape Fruit (1 a day) Apples/Pears (1 of each a day) Broccoli (2 cups) Low-fat Yogurt (1) Lean Turkey (5 oz) Oatmeal (1 cup) Hot Peppers (1 cup) Tomatoes (3 large) Carrots (1 cup) Black Beans (1 cup) Walnuts (about 5 chopped nuts) I eat 900 calories. I also take a vitamin and omega 3 fatty acid (flax seed, borage and fish)..Why is everyone saying I don't eat enough? I eat every 2 hours and feel great. (I am 5 feet tall, 25 years old) It's what works for me, my Dr. says I'm healthy, my skin is great, I don't want to start eating more just because people think I should eat 1200 cal. a day minimum or else I am anorexic? I think I eat pretty damn healthy. Other than strolls around town and moderate weight lifting, I don't do strenuous activity. I think what I eat is great. I used to have digestive problems and these are the foods that don't give me any problems at all...so should I change?
Your diet seems perfect. If the portions are enough for you to maintain the figure you want, then you are doing great
