Got pulled over for speeding...military police will not even show me radar proof...is this legal?
This lady jumped in the middle of the road in front of my car and screams at me to "pull over...cause I said so- NOW!" She had been hiding behind a housing sign in the bushes with a radar gun and her bike was back there as well. She proceeded to have me sit in the road (no break-down lane) while she took her power-trip time. She said I was going 26 in a 15 and gave me an $80 ticket. I asked to see the 2 radar shots for proof and she refused, telling me I could argue with the judge. What the hell?!
BTW, I am a 30 year old white woman who drives a toyota camry...not exactly threatening, lol!

The officer does not have to show you the radar. If you go to court the officer will have to testify that the radar was working properly and that you were speeding based on her observations and the radar. MP's, especially lower ranking ones, do seem to be over zealous when it comes to speeding at times. I was pulled over at Ft Knox one time for going 22 in a 20
