old ones will know this dolly blue on bee stings my mum got rollock at the hospital for doing this.dolly blue was a die you put in with white cottons when washing clothes
My Mum amd Dad used to put butter on our burns!! How bads that?? Cream on top of the milk for styes and wiping our eyes with used cold tea bags for conjunctivitus were other favourites!! Sounds like we were abused doesnt it really!! Lol!!! I remember them working though!! I remember my Nan putting parafin on my brothers wart on his hand, it went but I am not sure if it was to do with the parafin!! Will carry on watching this question as I am sure there will be some fascinating stuff to read!! Cheers xxx
