I need creative ideas for my mountain man project?
In social studies class we're doing our own posters on mountain man
and a girl did this poster that had a picture of a mountain man drawn on it and he was doing the uncle sam position by pointing forward- she also put below it the words "i want you to join me and be a mountain man"
That was a really good idea, but i dont want to copy. so anybody have some creative ideas?
Please read the biography I've listed below. Dick Wooten was the real deal. He's not some Hollywood vision of a mountain man. I think you will be surprised how down right civilized these men actually were. Many consider a particular movie as a good source but Jeremiah Johnson was a Hollywood character and any semblance between him and the truth is purely coincidental. Honestly a trading post would be a better poster than your classmate's if honesty is the target.
