Why are all the Whitetail Deer dying?
Supposedly DNR in WV and PA are saying it's some sort of bug near watersources. They say the bug gets in their brains and then 10 days later they die - usually around a water source because they are so thirsty. They also say that after the first frost there will be no problems with hunters killing and eating them. The DNR says that only a couple hundred have died in 11 counties - but I've personally counted over 300 in Marion County WV alone. Local property owners are saying they've found hundreds more. Is this some sort of cover up???
I believe the problem is lime disease from deer ticks.
