I have eye disturbances, ringing in my ears, and grooves in my finger and toe nails Is this vitamin deficiency?

I have told doctors about these things and have had my eyes checked and they are fine. No doc has ever recommended blood work. I also have trouble concentrating and problems with my long term memory
I have no other health problems. My son is intolerant of gluten and dairy. I never thought that maybe I had that problem too

Yes, it probably is. I personally had those symptoms and it turned out to be celiac disease. Definitely look at that as a possible cause. It damages your intestines and causes massive vitamin deficiencies. Eye and ear problems and grooves in your fingernails (I had them terribly) can be symptoms of vitamin deficiencies. Do you have other health problems?

edit: celiac is hereditary, so he got it from somewhere. It's either you or his father. If you're having symptoms, I'm betting it's you :-)
